    Brewery

Moo Brew represents a challenging beer experience for all beer lovers.

We produce five core beers: a Pilsner, a German-style Hefeweizen, a Belgian Pale Ale, an American Pale Ale and an American Dark Ale. Moo Brew is best stored cold as it contains only the essential ingredients: malt, hops, yeast and water. No preservatives. No additives.

We also regularly release a range of small batch beers throughout the year.

    Pilsner

    Pilsner_New

    Pilsner
A pilsner-style with a crisp, noble hop aroma, balanced by a light biscuit and toast malt profile. It redefines the classic lager, challenging the cherished belief that Pilsners can only be made in Pilsen.

    Hefeweizen

    Hefeweizen_New

    Hefeweizen
This beer pays homage to the classic Bavarian wheat beer. True to style, Hefeweizen is naturally cloudy with a vibrant yellow colour and strong foam head.

    BELGO

    Belgo

    Belgo
The Belgo is light bodied, finishes dry and presents with a bright copper colour. A delicately textured malt background balances the Belgian yeast tartness and snappy hop bitterness.

    Pale Ale

    Pale_Ale_New

    Pale Ale
Traditional pale ale styles are fused together to give a pungent floral and citrus aroma with a complex malt pallet and pleasant late bitterness.

    Dark Ale

    Dark_Ale_New

    Dark Ale
This American Brown ale uses resinous hop flavor in synergy with caramel, chocolate and a lightly roasted finish.

    Barrel Aged Vintage Stout

    Imperial

    Barrel Aged Vintage Stout
Aging in a mixture of French and American oak barrels for 12 months lends this beer added complexity. Due to this varied history, each barrel imparts its individual textures.  On their merits, the barrels are blended back together to create the final beer, ready for drinking.

    Labels

Our labels were designed by Australian artist John Kelly. On them, he rails against the apparent corporatisation of art by the Australian Arts Council: their logo shows an image of the sun and a kangaroo, which the coun- cil insists must never be altered or separated. Here Kelly has embedded the images in an art context. Of particular interest is Alien (Skull), which redefined the Sidney Nolan masterpiece The boy and the moon (also known as Moonboy), using the sun and the ears of the kangaroo from the council logo. Sucked in.
