    Our restaurant, a bubble above the hubbub of humanity below, is super duper. We use the best fresh produce to create contemporary French-inspired cuisine. Our wine list is brilliant, obviously.

    À la carte breakfast and lunch, Wednesday - Monday.
    À la carte and degustation dinner, Wednesday - Saturday from 6pm.

    Venture into the unknown with a mix of old and new culinary creations crafted to reflect seasonal produce from Tasmania and beyond. Feeling fancy? Opt for matching wines, selected by our sommelier Kabir Antoniak.

    Cellar

    Our wine list is an artwork in its own right. It features more than ten thousand bottles from all corners of the globe, sourced from small, artisanal producers as well as the bigger and better-known. It's also won Gourmet Traveller's Wine List of the Year (Tasmania) three years running (2013, 2014, 2015) and Best Beer List (National, 2015), plus the 2015 Wine Spectator 'Best of Award of Excellence'.

    THE CHEF

    Philippe Leban

    This is our chef, Philippe Leban. His resume is Michelin-starred. He was sous chef to Guillaume Brahimi.

    THE SOMMELIER

    This is our sommelier, Kabir Antoniak. He cut his teeth in some of Australia's finest gastronomic institutions (including Aria and Rockpool), before joining us here in Hobart.
