    Our restaurant, a bubble above the hubbub of humanity below, is super duper.

    The Source is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Monday, and for dinner Wednesday to Saturday.

    This is our chef, Philippe Leban. His resume is Michelin-starred. He was sous chef to Guillaume Brahimi. He's French until he opens his mouth.

    This is Vince Trim. He's terrific. He was a casual staffer, when he started, for six days. On the seventh day he took over the operations of our functions, wine bar and café.

Indulge in the texture and spice of 'I go to Rio'; a classic Splice ice-cream with a crunch of cardamom shortbread and the silkiness of vanilla rum mousse, or take it to the next level with 'Ménage à Trois'; a salty, sweet and seductive liaison.
