Our wine list is an artwork in its own right. It features more
than ten thousand bottles from all corners of the globe, sourced
from small, artisanal producers as well as the bigger and
better-known. It's also won Gourmet Traveller's Wine List of the
Year (Tasmania) three years running (2013, 2014, 2015) and Best
Beer List (National, 2015), plus the 2015 Wine Spectator 'Best of
Award of Excellence'.
