Our restaurant, a bubble above the hubbub of humanity below, is
super duper.
We use the best fresh produce to create contemporary
French-inspired cuisine.
Our wine list is brilliant, obviously.
The Source is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Monday,
and for dinner Wednesday to Saturday.
This is our chef, Philippe Leban. His resume is
Michelin-starred. He was sous chef to Guillaume Brahimi. He's
French until he opens his mouth.
This is Vince Trim. He's terrific. He was a casual staffer, when
he started, for six days. On the seventh day he took over the
operations of our functions, wine bar and café.
Anyway, we love them. And chefs are usually such putrid human
beings!
Joseph Burton is certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a member of the International Sommeliers Guild. He has won the state division Gourmet Traveller Wine magazine wine list of the year award - six times. He was a finalist in the Best Sommelier of Australia Competition 2011, and a national finalist in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Young Sommelier Competition 2012. Please just let him pick the wine.
This is the best way to experience The Source.
Choose 5, 7 or 9 small courses, crafted by executive chef Philipe
Leban, and tailored to your taste and dietary needs.
Our sommelier, Joseph Burton, is on hand to match each course with
fine wine from our estate, and from other regions around Australia
and the world.
