    A unique range of wines and beverages are designed to match the ever evolving menu of Philippe Leban and his team.

    Degustation runs Wednesday to Saturday Nights and Sunday Lunch.

    Our restaurant, a bubble above the hubbub of humanity below, is super duper. We use the best fresh produce to create contemporary French-inspired cuisine. Our wine list is brilliant, obviously.

    The Source is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Monday.

    The experience of wine is an experience of controlled licentiousness.

    Much like the art program at Mona, we are curators of the juicy kind. The list illustrates cool climate wines sourced from regions around the world. With over 1250 lines and more than 10,000 bottles in underground cellars, the wine program covers a wide range of styles, from artisanal wineries to well respected producers.

    To highlight your dining experience, our team of experienced sommeliers are on hand to offer an indepth and professional service. With tailored wine pairings and recommendations, our team is dedicated to find a glass or bottle to guide you on your journey.

    THE CHEF - PHILIPPE LEBAN

    Philippe Leban

    This is our chef, Philippe Leban. His resume is Michelin-starred. He was sous chef to Guillaume Brahimi. He's French until he opens his mouth.

    THE SOMMELIER - KABIR ANTONIAK

    This is Kabir Antoniak, he cut his teeth in some of Australia's finest dining institutions. He grew up in India, has a Persian name but he's Australian, go figure. Just let him sell you some fermented grape juice.
