Here's some bang for your hundred bucks. This March long weekend come and loll on the lawns at Mona and take in some Cat Power (Sunday March 10) and George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic (Monday 11).

Cat Power and George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic

Don't miss the chance to encounter these two truly special acts over the course of one lazy, sunny (hopefully), beer-sippy, bean-baggy Mona long weekend.

$100 general or $85 concession for both events,
or $50 general and $40 concession for Cat Power, supported by Dewayne Everettsmith.
and $60 general and $50 concession for George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic.

Long weekend at Mona ticket holders will receive free entry into the Museum before 12pm on both days.

The Box Office will be located at the bottom of the Mona driveway for ticket scanning and ticket purchasing, from 11am on the days of performances.

Gates open at 1pm, music starts at 3pm.
All ages.
Children 14 and under free when accompanied by a General ticket holder.
Concession available to all concession-card holders. ID may be requested upon entry.
BYO sealed bottled water only.
BYO food is permitted - please leave your samurai sword cheese knife at home.
Food and drink will also be available on site.
A booking fee of $6 applies to each transaction.
No pets.
Chairs restricted to the rear and edges of the lawn.
Access to the lawns will be restricted between 7am Sunday March 10 until midnight Monday March 11.

Drive - limited parking available.
Bike - get all healthy, 40 minutes from Hobart on the intercity cycleway. Bike parking by Bicycle Tasmania located at the overflow car park.

Oh yes! The godfather of funk is in town. And he's bringing his 22-piece psychedelic circus. Things could get a little crazy...

or $100 adult and $85 concession for both events.

Catch super-crooner Chan Marshall on her Aussie tour, and hear her tunes from the new album, Sun. You'll love her, if you don't already. Chan is supported by Dewayne Everettsmith, a Marvin Gaye/Johnny Nash hybrid. And he's Tasmanian. Gosh!
